The first difference I noticed was actually unrelated to my original reasons for taking it. I suffered from lower back pain when sleeping, not sure it was caused by the old mattress or rapid weight gain, this normally came at mid night. After much thought and deliberation I decided to stop taking the pill recently since my family is prone to blood clots, and the pill is dangerous for me to be taking as a result of this. The Solgar Hyaluronic acid is the only one I've ever used, so wouldn't know any different! Still, I have to comment on the immediate changes I've noticed since I started taking them. The container for these capsules looks very professional. The capsules are not too large but some people may still find them difficult to swallow. I personally find them okay to swallow with water. They contain a 30 day supply, so they are quite expensive but they do work. I have eczema and a lot of creams and oils make me even itchier!
