These bars are the perfect snack — especially after you've worked out. With an irresistible taste and texture, you won't believe that you're doing your body good! 

What you'll need: 

  • ½ cup of Scrumptious Strawberry protein powder
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice (almond, hazelnut, etc.)
  • 5 cups coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pure cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp cashew milk 

Instructions: 

  1. Line a baking dish with greased paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, strawberry protein powder, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a double-boiler, quickly melt the nut butter. Add raw honey and maple syrup.
  4. Once combined, add to dry ingredients — making a somewhat crumbly texture.
  5. Add milk 1 tsp at a time, until you have created a batter-like consistency.
  6. Press firmly into baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

 

Strawberry Power-up Oatmeal

 

Before you begin your day, you need to power-up. This strawberry oatmeal recipe is just what you need!
