What you'll need:
- ½ cup of Scrumptious Strawberry protein powder
- ½ cup nut butter of choice (almond, hazelnut, etc.)
- 5 cups coconut flour
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pure cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp cashew milk
Instructions:
- Line a baking dish with greased paper.
- In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, strawberry protein powder, and cocoa powder.
- In a double-boiler, quickly melt the nut butter. Add raw honey and maple syrup.
- Once combined, add to dry ingredients — making a somewhat crumbly texture.
- Add milk 1 tsp at a time, until you have created a batter-like consistency.
- Press firmly into baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
